You will never be recruited by, or asked to join a Masonic Lodge.
You must ask to become a Mason. You may accomplish this by talking to a friend or family member who is a Mason.
You may also provide your contact information to Temple Lodge (below), email the Lodge Secretary, Bud Davidson, or call him at 704-544-2183 to request a Petition for the Degrees. One will happily be mailed to you.
You must be a man, 18 years of age or older, and have a belief in God. You must have no felony convictions
and be of good character.
Once Temple Lodge has received your petition and application fee of $100.00, the
Master of the Lodge will assign an investigative committee of three Master Masons to meet with you and answer any questions
you may have about Freemasonry and Temple Lodge. They will also ask some questions of you. Once the Investigative
Committee files a report in favor of your Petition, the lodge membership will vote. If all are in favor, you will be
notified by a letter from the Secretary of Temple Lodge and a date will be set for your First Degree.
